Embroidery
Embroidery uses stitched thread to create a professional, long-lasting design. It works well for chest logos, names, and clean branding. Very small text or fine details may need to be enlarged or simplified.
Screen Printing
Screen printing applies ink directly to the garment. It provides bold, durable results and is usually the most cost-effective option for larger quantities. Additional ink colors and placements may increase the setup and production cost.
Heat-Transfer Vinyl
Heat-transfer vinyl, also called HTV, is applied to the garment using heat and pressure. It works well for smaller orders, names, numbers, simple logos, and specialty vinyl materials.
