How Custom Orders Work

4. Click Estimate Price to preview the estimated cost.

6. Submit your order for review.

7. We review the order details, confirm anything that needs clarification, and create a proper estimate.

8. Once you approve the estimate, we prepare the order for production.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because most Wicked Ways orders are custom-made, personalized, or made specifically for your order, returns and refunds are limited.

Custom items are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is a production mistake, damage, or a clear issue caused by Wicked Ways.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including item style, color, size, quantity, design, placement, spelling, names, numbers, and notes.

Once an order has been approved, started, or put into production, cancellations may not be available. If a cancellation is possible, any design work, digitizing, setup, materials, or production already completed may still be charged.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, remakes, or store credit are handled at the discretion of Wicked Ways.

Order issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

To request help with an order issue, contact us with your order information, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Do not return any items unless the return has been approved first.

Customization Methods

Different items can be customized in different ways. The available methods depend on the product.

Embroidery:

Best for hats, beanies, polos, jackets, sweatshirts, and clean logo designs. New designs may require digitizing before production.

Screen Printing:

Best for shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and larger quantity apparel orders. Pricing can change based on the number of ink colors, placements, and whether screens need to be created.

Heat Press Vinyl:

Best for names, numbers, small batches, simple designs, and specialty vinyl looks. Pricing can change based on design size, vinyl type, number of colors/layers, and weeding difficulty.

Laser Engraving:

Best for tumblers, drinkware, metal items, wood, and other engravable products. The final look can vary depending on the material and color.

Cut Vinyl:

Best for decals, lettering, windows, vehicles, signs, and hard surfaces. Pricing depends on size, quantity, vinyl type, number of colors, and whether installation is needed.

Not Sure:

If you are not sure which method to choose, select Not Sure in the form. We can review the item and design and help choose the best option.

Changes and Approval

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Once an order is in production, changes may not be possible. If changes are possible, they may affect pricing, turnaround time, or production schedule.

If we notice an issue with the design, quantity, decoration method, or placement, we may contact you before production.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time depends on the item, quantity, decoration method, design setup, and current workload.

Small simple orders may be completed faster. Larger orders, new embroidery designs, screen printing setup, specialty materials, or custom vinyl installation may take longer.

If you need an order by a specific date, include that information in your order notes.
