Quantity pricing is based on the total number of shirts in your order (all colors + all sizes combined), not the quantity of each individual color. Example: 2 Black + 2 Gray = 4 shirts (3–5 shirt tier).

Multiple logos / placements: If you add a second design or placement, it’s priced as an additional decoration. (Screen print may require additional screens depending on ink colors + placement.)

Individual names:+ $8 per shirt (for the shirts that need an individual name).

• Using the image at the top of the screen, select the shirt color you would like. If you want more than one color, submit a form for each color.

• Enter how many shirts you want in each size. Leave a size at 0 if you don’t need it.

• Select the Design ID number for your approved design (found in your design approval email).

• Choose your Creation Method to select how the design will be made.

• Use the Logo Placement Guide to choose where you want the design placed on the shirt.

• If you need a second logo or placement, fill out Decoration 2 (Design ID, Method, and Placement).

• If you want individual names or numbers, check the box and include details in Notes.

• Add any notes if needed (thread/ink color preferences, special instructions, etc.).

• After you click Add to Order, your selection is saved. Then choose your next shirt color (if needed) and submit again.

• Embroidery
Embroidery uses stitched thread for a premium, long-lasting finish. It’s ideal for workwear and smaller logo placements, though very fine details may need to be simplified or slightly enlarged for best results.

• Screen Print
Ink printed directly into the shirt for bold, durable results and the best value at higher quantities. More ink colors and additional placements increase cost, so simpler designs are the most cost-effective.

• Heat Pressed Vinyl (HTV)
Heat-pressed vinyl is great for small orders and personalizations like names and numbers. Best for clean, simple artwork and not ideal for tiny detail or large solid fills.
