• Request a new product you would like us to make

• Reorder an unique item we have previously made for you

• Send links to products or examples you are considering

• Provide quantities, colors, sizes, dimensions and other important details

• Explain how you would like the finished item to look

Providing as much information as possible will help us find the correct product and prepare an accurate quote.

Custom item requests require individual review. Pricing depends on the product, quantity, size, materials, customization method, artwork and availability.

This form will not provide an automatic price estimate. After you submit your order, we will review the request and send you a proper quote before production begins.

• Choose whether this is a new item or something we have made for you before.

• Enter the name or type of item you are looking for.

• Enter the approximate quantity you need.

• Provide any preferred colors, sizes or dimensions.

• Add links to products, examples or reference materials when available.

• Describe what you want customized and how you would like the finished item to look.

• If we have made the item for you before, provide any details that may help us identify the previous order.

• Select Add to Order to save the request.

Select Yes when asked whether we have made the item for you before. Include any details you remember, such as:

• The item that was made

• The approximate date of the previous order

• The company, organization or person the order was for

• The design that was used

• Any changes you would like made this time

You do not need to know the previous order number. We will use the information you provide to locate the original details whenever possible.

For new products, include a link whenever possible. The link can be from a manufacturer, supplier, retail website or another example showing the type of item you want.

A reference link does not guarantee that the exact product will be used, but it helps us understand what you are looking for and find an appropriate option.

After adding the request to your order, continue shopping or visit your Order Tracker to review everything you have added.

When your complete order is submitted, we will review the request, confirm product availability and customization requirements, and send you a detailed quote. We will contact you if additional information is needed.

Production will not begin until the details and final quote have been approved.
