Quantity pricing is based on the total number of hats in your order (all colors combined), not the quantity of each individual color. Example: 2 Black + 2 Gray = 4 hats (3–5 hat tier).

Airbrushed edge shading: + $1.50 per hat
Stamped design upgrade: + $15 one-time stamp creation fee (per design) and + $2.50 per hat (stamped patches)

Reorders: no setup fee again unless the design changes. (Stamp creation fee only applies the first time a new stamped design is made.)

• Using the image at the top of the screen, select the hat number you would like. If you want more than one color, submit a form for each color you would like.

• Select the Design you would like to be placed on the hat. The designs should be labeled in the approval email you received.

• Use the Creation Method Guide to choose what method you would like.

• With the help of the Logo Placement Guide tell us where you want the selected logo to be placed.

• After you click Add to Order, your selection is saved. Then choose your next color (if needed) and submit again.

• Embroidery

  Embroidery uses stitched thread for a premium, long-lasting finish. It’s ideal for hats and workwear, though very fine details may need to be simplified or slightly enlarged for the best results.

• Leather Patch

  A premium leather hat patch sewn directly onto the hat to prevent lifting like many glued-on patches. Available in laser-engraved or stamped styles, with optional airbrushed edge shading for added depth.
