Dot Inspection Stickers
-
Custom Federal Annual Inspection Stickers designed to document a commercial motor vehicle’s most recent periodic inspection.
Company information can be preprinted on the sticker when provided. A protective film helps shield the printed surface from handling, moisture, and outdoor exposure. The inspection date can be permanently marked using a hole punch when supported by the selected layout.
The sticker documents information from a completed inspection. Purchasing or applying the sticker does not perform, certify, or replace the required inspection.

Federal Annual Inspection Stickers are sold in multiples of 24.
